Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We strongly advise not to book any tradesmen to carry out any related works, until you have your items. We at Lincolnshire Radiators Direct cannot be held responsible for any costs related to delays in receiving your items.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Deliveries can arrive by more than one visit, due to some couriers potentially splitting orders at their sorting centres.
Some deliveries can come delivered on a pallet, this will be delivered to as close to your home as practicable. It is your responsibility to dispose or recycle said pallet.

All deliveries within UK mainland are completely free. All prices for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Collections & collection discounts
Collections can be made, only with prior acknowledgment and agreement with Lincolnshire Radiators Direct. As we do not allow customers on our main site for liability and insurance purposes, these collections would be made at a different site.
Please firstly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your intent on collection, collection timeframes, times and dates are totally at the discretion of Lincolnshire Radiators Direct. These must be agreed by both parties. Lincolnshire Radiators Direct reserve the right to cancel collections at any time we see fit.
Any potential discounts applied to any order for collection is at the discretion of Lincolnshire Radiators Direct, and can be withheld, or cancelled at any time by Lincolnshire Radiators Direct. If after agreeing to collect, you decide you would prefer your items to be delivered, this would incur an extra supplement charge to your order, to increase your order back up to the full current listing price, as to cover costs of delivering your items.
Collection would be on a strict time/date slot appointment, and MUST be upheld by the customer and any deviation from this, may result in your order being cancelled. You will be required to bring photographic I.D to your collection, that matches the name of the person who placed the order. You will also be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of said order.
Lincolnshire Radiators Direct, is not obliged or legally bound to accept or allow collections, and only in doing so are attempting to give the customer flexibility in their choice of receipt of goods, as well as allowing the customer to potentially make some cost savings with their purchase.
Courier & Order tracking
Lincolnshire Radiators Direct uses 3rd party couriers with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers can be emailed to you upon request.
